Our holiday apartments are located in only 350 meters or a five to ten minutes walk from the Klopeiner Lake’s north shore as well as the centre of St. Kanzian. You can reach all public lidos either by foot, bike or by car. The use of the public lidos is free of charge. Supermarkets, restaurants, miscellaneaous pubs, doctors and pharmacies are also only 2 to ten minutes by foot.

Parking spot, ample meadow close to the woods with miscellaneaous garden equipment: sun-lounger, sun-shade, BBQ corner, playground (swing, sandbox, roundabount-carousel) tabletennis.
